Our first AGM for two years!

We are looking forward to our first AGM for two years this Tuesday (19th) and our first talk of the 2021-2022 season.

We will open with the short, formal AGM in which we will review the activities and accounts for 2019-2021 and will look to our programme for 2021-22.

The AGM will be followed by a talk by society member and archaeologist Mark Seaman who will be talking on the subject of Roman Roads in and around Rowlands Castle. There will be an introductory section about Roman Roads in general and this will be followed up by the presentation of evidence about OUR Roman Road connecting Rowlands Castle and Havant. We have had a number of interesting and extremely well presented talks from Mark in the past and we are confident that this talk will be up to his usual high standard.

The evening will be completed with the opportunity to catch up with friends over a glass of wine and nibbles. We are looking forward to seeing our fellow members again.
